Vokonn Technology provides the following applications for use with VoCON IMM
VoCON Data Logger
Records temperature and acceleration signals in specified intervals.
VoCON Alarm Data Downloader
When VoCON detects abnormal feedback from sensors, ex. high temperature, low temperature, communication error with G-sensor, etc., an alarm record is generated. Date, time and alarm code will be saved in flash memory for further analysis. VoCON provides a loop memory area capable of recording 2000 alarm events. VoCON Alarm Data Downloader downloads the latest 2000 records from flash memory.
VoCON Spectral Analyzer
VoCON has a built-in 800Hz / 256 pt. FFT function. 512 consecutive records of acceleration data is captured at 1600Hz, passed through SINC Windows, and passed to Fast Fourier Transform function. VoCON Spectral Analyzer downloads the result of FFT and displays on PC.
VoCON AI Data Recorder
VoCON allocates a space of 900 sets of analog data records in flash memory. Every 10 minute analog data is saved to the flash memory. Analog data set is consist of 8 temperature input, 4 analog input, and on-board MCU temperature input. These analog data is useful for the diagnosis of changes in machine accuracy and causes of component failures.
VOCON Console
VoCON Console provides an easy interface for setting parameters of VoCON Intelligent Machine Module.
